What differentiates UKG Pro from other similar products?
UKG Pro has been highly responsive anytime we have needed their support! Every case I have every opened has been a positive impact which helps when you may need to use a lot of customization or self-service as a company to do your own development! They have always been very open on their skills and their experience to best assist me.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
UKG Community Service. The ability to connect and share ideas with all of UKG's customers!
What do you dislike most about this product?
The community aspect of UKG Pro is AMAZING! There is a way to have direct contact with ALL of UKG Pro's customers making it easy to network and share ideas. However, sometimes when UKG determines that they will act on those ideas there is no real transparency on how those rollouts will works so hope rises and crashes often for those heavily involved with the development and optimization of the product for your organization.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Take you time in implementation. If you can budget for the test environment it is well worth it to be able to forecast actual problems!
