What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is really a unified cloud-based platform that has automated all of our HR processes with great success. It provides data-based insights through which I have been able to improve our employee experience and, therefore, enhance organizational efficiency.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The system does lack smoothness and agility, thus making it difficult to manage it sometimes.
