What differentiates UKG Pro from other similar products?

I had extremely high hopes for this product, and it well surpassed them. New UKG components have been integrated into the main system, and all of them are now fully compatible with one another and with the rest of the system. UKG Pro is my favorite convention since it offers something I can't get anyplace else.

The difficulty in obtaining alerts when an employee has a life event and then submits it for approval is a major source of frustration for me. There was a time when this was considerably less of a hassle. I really dislike this element. Including an email that notifies the administrator that authorization is being requested seems like a simple and undemanding addition.

UltiPro is an excellent option to consider if you are in the market for a solution like this since it not only provides excellent reporting features but also has a warm and welcoming user community. It comes with the highest possible endorsement.

I do not like how difficult it has gotten to obtain notifications when a worker has a life event and then submits it for approval. This is something that used to be much easier. I have a strong distaste for this particular aspect. It would seem to be a straightforward and undemanding effort to add an email that tells the administrator that the permission is being sought.

I only have experience with UKG Pro as it relates to HRIS systems. While I have heard others praise other options, I believe the best success with UKG Pro is found in how it is implemented and which features are added as well.

I like the seemless way the various modules work together. I have used it is in the past with 3rd party products and see that it really works well when the actual UKG modules are used.

Support can be sketchy. Sometimes it depends on who you talk to as to whether you will get a good response. I know they are working on their support model though and look forward to those changes.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Be clear about how you will use the product and plan your approach to how you will implement. Doing a lift and shift from another system without really reviewing and setting up everything correctly initially can come back to bite you.
