I love how I can customize the product.

What differentiates UKG Pro from other similar products?

Customization is great. There are a few disconnects between the different platforms but believe they can be worked out with the correct roadplan.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

They put a lot of time into the reporting within the product.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Reporting here also, one solution should be used across all the platforms.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Ask many questions when implementing. Tell them everything you want the system to do. They don't know if you don't tell them and if you do you may not be disappointed.
