What differentiates UKG Pro from other similar products?
Their implementation and customer service are exceptional. The product options are plentiful and useful to our organization. I really appreciate their constant update of their product in meaningful ways.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect of this product would be Recruiting and Onboarding. They are concise, easy to use, and are visually appealing.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I dislike the reporting feature. I can extract the information I need, but the platform is so overwhelming. I would be nice of reports, reminders, and alerts were easier to build.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The advice I give to a company considering this product is to be prepared for an intense implementation. It's very thorough and well worth the time. Also, get your IT or data team involved, if possible, so they can help build and edit reports.
