Linking it with Google Drive or Dropbox allows me to have documents, attachments, presentations, images or any other type of file on hand if I need it.

My preferences for Jira are because of its flexibility, can be adapted/used in web applications, among others. I can link with Google Drive or Dropbox to have different documents or files at hand, the simple option to drag and drop cards is a simple but very significant feature.

Its cost may be excessive for some, for me its cost is just what it is worth.
