How to read the Emotional Footprint
The Net Emotional Footprint measures high-level user sentiment towards particular product offerings. It aggregates emotional response ratings for various dimensions of the vendor-client relationship and product effectiveness, creating a powerful indicator of overall user feeling toward the vendor and product.
While purchasing decisions shouldn't be based on emotion, it's valuable to know what kind of emotional response the vendor you're considering elicits from their users.

Custom fields let me mark my top objectives.
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates Asana from other similar products?
When it comes to planning tasks, Asana's custom fields are better than ClickUp's because they let me add details like cost or urgency. It's the computer label maker I use for work.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
With custom fields, I can quickly sort my board by job by "high priority" or "$500 budget." For focus, I can sort by fields like "due this week." To make reports easier, the workspace syncs information to sheets. With over 100 connections, like Slack, field data is pulled into chats, which helps my team stay on the same page.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Fields cost $13.49 a month, and free users only get basic tags. It's hard to set up, and my intern labeled jobs wrong, which caused confusion.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Once, a filter broke and blocked chores, and customer service took a day to respond, which made things worse. Asana's custom fields will change the game for task organizers, but users will need to be trained and update to get access.
Pros
- Trustworthy
- Caring
- Saves Time
