What differentiates ActiveCampaign from other similar products?
I鈥檝e researched and tried variety of email marketing platforms, and that i selected ActiveCampaign because of its accessibility and quality. ActiveCampaign offers all the options i need to change my customer expertise and send regular marketing emails to my followers. I appreciate the simplicity of the e-mail templates and have had good results with deliverability.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like the client service, as help is simply accesible with the live chat feature. Those in support answer quickly and effectively, and assist me in solving any issue i could return across. I like their campaign mode as you鈥檒l do a lot during this mode and engage your clients. You鈥檒l build workflows as per your needs and building workflows is incredibly easy. I simply took a 2-hour course within the ActiveCampaign Courses Library and i was sensible to go with building campaigns and workflows.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I dislike how some aspects of the software system are a little disjointed. For example, once I edit a form I wish I could edit it within the same space. I also wish there was some way to favorite automation, so I don鈥檛 get to click through pages to search out the automation I consult the most.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Ensure the software system you鈥檒l be using in your company is compatible and that you wish the flow and UX of the active campaign over alternative solutions. Overall active campaign is super strong and designed to form straightforward to terribly advanced automation moreover as sales follow-up templates for your business. As a user for over three years, I extremely advocate for them!

ActiveCampaign is reliable and affordable software with quality features. This is a masterpiece for companies on a lower budget! You can enjoy features just like any top-quality and highly expensive platforms at such a reasonable pricing plan here. You can use it to its maximum capacity and get benefits by paying very less. This will help you to make progress in a short period of time.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Apart from being extremely reliable, and affordable. ActiveCampaign comes with much more benefits. You can do marketing automation to its maximum capacity, the best feature in my opinion is its A/B split testing, on-point analytics, and reporting, a perfect module of integration and the best feature is its futuristic approach.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The reporting feature is a bit messy I would say, it needs lots of improvement. Many users reported that the app version is a bit slower and glitch as compared to the desktop version. This is the only complaint we have heard so far and I think when you are receiving so many benefits you can ignore a few things. Apart from this one, it is a masterpiece.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
A very wise choice if you are a small business owner because this one here is designed to suit and cater your needs.
