Using ZoomInfo is a time saver and allows you to spend your time focusing and prioritizing your day to day

I love ZoomInfo, but can I afford it?

What differentiates ZoomInfo Sales from other similar products?

ZoomInfo is much more accurate than any other lead source or qualifying product that I've tried, and I've tried many! The information is typically accurate and up to date. A bad email or phone number isn't why a prospect isn't getting back to me. Easy to use and very valuable to my job on a day-to-day basis.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love being able to dive deep into a company and lead while other times staying high level. My favorite is being able to find anyone, anywhere. LOL

What do you dislike most about this product?

Definitely the price. Very expensive product, however, it does bring value.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Negotiate, negotiate, negotiate the price!

What differentiates ZoomInfo Sales from other similar products?

Very difficult to say and to be honest I do not see

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ease of use and training where very good!

What do you dislike most about this product?

The data is most of the time outdated and not helpful at all - if you outbound outside the USA, may not be a good tool - I was cross checking with Sales Nav all the time

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This might be an expensive tool for little differentiation - Sales Nav may be a much better option especially if you use SFD!
