It is affordable and give a premium CRM features at an inexpensive price. its also has a comprehensive automation and Ai feature.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The AI assistant is a fantastic feature that helps with predictive sales forecasting and sentiment analysis.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The interface is a bit outdated and support isn't that actively responsive.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Zoho isn't plug-and-play, invest time in customization and you will enjoy the best of it going forward.

Zoho CRM is very easy to use. It is affordable. It is highly customizable and it has a lot of features, No need to buy any extras. CRms mainly focus on sales and matketing, Zoho gives us a full suite such as sales, marketing, support, and it has finance too that can grow with the business.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I am using this tool on daily basis to do my work. It is super easy to Use. It has a lot of feature which saves my time. It is very flexible and customizable. I can adjust fields, layouts and workflow to see how my team works. It is super handy.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I use this tool on daily basis. It is the best tool for my work. It saves my time. It has many features which are really good which helps to make my work smoother. There is nothing to dislike about this tool..

My recommendation would be to start with the free trail and really dive into the features. It is super easy to use. It has features like it has customizable workflows and fileds to see how the team works.
