Workday HCM has a very good mobile application, which allows HR employees to do functions using their smartphones. The mobile application is completely functional, allowing users to access vital information and complete tasks from wherever they want.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It stands out for its advanced reporting and analytics features. The software provides thorough real-time data analysis and reporting on a variety of HR variables.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes it lags when processing large amount of data.

What differentiates Workday Human Capital Management from other similar products?
The workday HCM, unlike other HR financial management systems we considered, has allowed us to have a unified view of employee data and financial insights. I m impressed by how (during our annual budget planning) we can easily align staffing needs with financial projections without toggling between different systems.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Mine is the user-friendly interface of Workday. When onboarding new staff during peak seasons, the intuitive design helped us quickly input and verify employee information.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Getting the right technician behind us during implementation in the UAE was quite a task.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
