What differentiates UKG Pro from other similar products?
Their size helps them to continually offer new features and they use customer feedback to implement the changes most wanted. UKG has fully embraced AI and we are now seeing it in nearly every aspect of the platform.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is a complete HCM and time management tool with lots of variability and flexibility depending on needs.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Service has been the most consistently poor feature of UKG. Various methods have been instituted to help in this regard but so far, they have yet to come up with the best way to keep customers happy.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
No matter the size of your company, UKG has a system tailor made to help with all aspects of HR. They offer robust solutions and a continually evolving technical platform.

What differentiates UKG Pro from other similar products?
I like the ERM/ customer service relationships between client/vendor.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspects of Pro is it's user friendliness, especially on the Pro Mobile app; and the Document Acknowledgment function.
What do you dislike most about this product?
What I dislike most is that we are charged for features that should come with the module. For example, with Doc Manager we had to pay an additional cost for Mass Signature (the ability to send our handbook out company wide and get signatures) and Mass Doc Ingestion (ability to get our docs from ADP into Doc Manager). Then we were told that no one from UKG would do the doc ingestion and that we had to do it ourselves.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Be sure to ask if there are extra prices for things you think would be standard. It's like buying a game and needing to buy DLC on day one.
