Oneflow is unique because contracts stay dynamic throughout the process you can edit and negotiate live without needing to resend documents.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like the live editing and clear audit trail. It really helps keep everyone on the same page and reduces back-and-forth emails.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The document editor can feel limiting for formatting complex contracts, and integration with some external tools could be smoother.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Invest time in setting up templates and workflows it will save you a lot of effort later. Also, involve your team early so they get comfortable using the platform.

Sharefile is built with external collaboration in mind , it's smooth, secure and professional looking ideal for sharing documents with non-technical clients

Some admin and file management views feels outdated and less responsive compared to modern file sharing apps
