1) The application hosts plethora of learning modules and the quality of these modules is really good. 2) Uploading content is easy 3) Configuring content is simple 4) Tracking feature of the training modules is great

1) Sometimes the interface is sluggish - tends to lag sometimes 2) Customer support is slow 3) Workflows are bit complicated 4) Hard to configure without reporting specialists

The product is robust but still I would say that there are plenty of features for you to explore within the application. It all boils down to how you configure the application. Ensure that the workflows ate optimized initially, since making changes at a later stage involves a lot of complexity
