It is built for companies that need serious training management. It connects well with HR systems, so tracking employee learning and compliance is super smooth. It is best for large organizations, not small teams.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite thing is the reporting and tracking. It is great for checking who鈥檚 completed what training and pulling quick reports for audits, it saves me tons of manual work.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It is not intuitive at all, and finding the right course or feature can take way too long.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend if your company needs a powerful system to manage tons of employees and compliance training, it is worth it. But if you just want a simple learning platform, this one is overkill.

What I dislike most is the user interface鈥攊t feels a bit clunky and not as intuitive as some other learning platforms out there. It can take time to get used to.

I'd recommend it if you're already using other SAP tools, as the integration is seamless. But, be prepared for a learning curve with the interface, and make sure you have support to set it up properly.

It is easily integrated with Success Factors tool where HR or talent management team can easily assign mandatory trainings and instructor led training and can easily monitor the performance.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Curated learnings, instructor led trainings, mandatory trainings or any skill based learnings can be assigned to any peer using this platform and monitor or track their performance for more productivity. And how effective SAP learnings platforms is integrated with other SAP tool to create ecosystem and easy to manage.
What do you dislike most about this product?
User can feel challenges with User Interface as it seems more like outdated and not so user pleasing. Proper reporting and analytics about any course assigned is not maintained.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
For any organization, it is a great tool to integrate with and easily create a learning and development tool for employee, so that they can assign any mandatory trainings or about organization or any particular course for skill development. It will boost the productivity of organization by integrating this learning platform.
