Ease of use , Readable configurations , ability to integrate with other modules , community that SAP provides

Less customizations , no bulk removals available,

If large company with many HR modules , please go ahead. But LMS as a stand-alone system is not great.

What differentiates SAP SuccessFactors Learning from other similar products?
The ability to own the configuration almost entirely, without needing to file support assistance.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Admins have a plethora of configurable options that allow to create solutions for business needs, at times even being able to use a feature or setting that can be used to another purpose than originally intended.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It's been the same for about 8 years now. SAP really needs to bring the LMS directly into the suite instead of being a bolt on integrated system (plateau). It's absurd the amount of redundant work needed in configuration and the difficulty bringing data together for talent reports.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Learn how the integration center works as long as it's an integrated system, it will be the answer to all the data issues you have.
