SAP CRM include sales force automation, marketing automation, service, and customer analytics, It is a widely adopted CRM software. It is best fit for all organizations, it depends on their specific needs, features and budget.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

SAP CRM helps to make stock management very easy and user friendly, helps to manage the clients in priority basis as well as it helps to make pre sales planning and to manage it.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes it got lagged at the time of using and you have to close the software(your entire work got vanished), you really need a high speed internet connectivity to run the software easily in the organization .

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

SAP CRM is designed to help organizations manage customer interactions , data throughout the customer lifecycle and the main features include Sales force automation, Customer analytics and providing a seamless flow of data across the organization.
