Easy to fetch the customer details , activities,changes happening ,we have recently switched and have received amazing customer experience , easy to capture the market, more scope to enhance the business and get more opportunities

What differentiates SAP CRM from other similar products?

SAP CRM's offerings, which include cost management, sales reporting, operational operations, marketing, and finance-related business processes, all contribute to an enhanced customer experience. Excellent technical and service assistance aids consumers in making full advantage of a product's capabilities.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

One of SAP CRM's strongest points is its adaptability and ease of use in facilitating the incorporation of unique business processes into existing setups. It was useful for keeping track of things like sales, marketing, finances, team efficiency, and questions from clients.

What do you dislike most about this product?

For some reason, not all of the upgrade-release displays are modifiable. Changing colors during bespoke development is difficult due to a lack of available established themes. Compatibility issues arise while attempting to join SAP CDC and SAP CRM.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Improves customer service, sales productivity, analytics, and reporting; can be used independently or in conjunction with other SAP products; user-friendly.

What differentiates SAP CRM from other similar products?

If we compare SAP CRM to Hubspot (current) and RightNow (trained), are that related to intuitiveness of the three software where SAP CRM has been dominant when it comes to B2B, B2C relationship growth.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

SAP CRM's navigation is pretty much user friendly, when I compare it to RightNow and Hubspot's UX and UI. It's not that I don't like RightNow and Hubspot, it's just that the experience with SAP CRM is different, like your first love. There's still a room in your heart, a special place for your first love that will never go away.

What do you dislike most about this product?

What I dislike on SAP CRM is that, probably none. It may have been on the previous versions like the version that they have launched back in 2017, because due to the database having it to load from cloud, it takes time to load all resource at once but now a days, my friends told me that the developer had solved that back in 2019 and I wasn't able to experience it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If they'll be using it for Account management, SAP CRM is a great tool! The navigation inside of the software UI design is very user-friendly, let's not forget the UX design also, it's very smooth too.
