What differentiates SAP CRM from other similar products?

To be honest, We are all aware of how excellent SAP is and how well it has performed. It is well integrated with other software we use day to day basis.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Well, I mostly use it for digital selling, and I've made sure that my sales team makes the most of this incredible tool. It is wonderful to use, easy to use, and provides a terrific user experience. Everyone on the team has gained experience using it and carrying out expansion strategies for both B2B and retail. As SAP stands on its own brand identity, I'd say everything is on par with SAP.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The Export button's form is inconsistent under Survey on the Results tab. This button will be improved in a later version.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

When you have a competent staff, the sales team, managers, and analysts can manage their analytics and business.

What differentiates SAP CRM from other similar products?

SAP CRM has one major edge over the other software which is the integration with SAP as well as third-party tools. It made our job easy and productivity has increased.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

One of the best CRMs to work with is SAP, which has a seamless, fully automated data flow. Additionally, it assisted with marketing initiatives and directed sales. It works best to increase the output of any department that interacts with customers.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The user interface is fairly complicated, thus training will take time and effort. New integrations must also receive admin permission, which typically results in project delays.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It aids in the organisation and storage of customer data, which serves as a vital input for our sales, marketing, and customer support operations. On SAP CRM, we essentially manage the client lifecycle.
