While a lot of analytics tools hand over data, 180ops helps you take action. It links sales performance to specific actions, making coaching simpler. We can also track performance in a way that matches each rep's goals, which is great. The platform is easy to use, and the reports are handy to share in team meetings.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It's really helpful to see how both individuals and teams are doing. We can pinpoint where a rep is excelling or struggling in seconds. The platform is organized in a way that feels like it was made with sales leaders in mind, not just data analysts.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Some of the customization options can be a bit confusing, and it takes a while to get the hang of them. The help documents are okay, but they don鈥檛 go into much detail, which makes it tricky when we鈥檙e trying to adjust dashboards or filters.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you want to get a real sense of what makes your sales team tick, you should check out 180ops.
