What differentiates Rippling from other similar products?
Rippling stands out for its unified approach鈥攃ombining HR, payroll, IT management, and app provisioning in a single platform. The automation and integration across departments save a lot of manual work and reduce human error.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The onboarding flow is extremely smooth鈥攅verything from setting up payroll to provisioning work apps and devices can be done automatically in one place. It鈥檚 very user-friendly and saves our IT and HR teams a lot of time.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Some modules like benefits administration or time tracking can feel a bit basic compared to specialized tools. Reporting could also be more customizable for advanced use cases.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Make sure to take full advantage of Rippling鈥檚 automation and integrations鈥攊t can really streamline your operations. Also, clearly define roles between IT and HR for managing different modules to ensure smooth usage.

What differentiates Rippling from other similar products?
Rippling stands out first because of its Global Payroll feature and then cause of it being a unified platform, serving all departments, i.e., HR, Finance, IT in one seamless.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
As a part of a remote team, Rippling has been a great tool in serving payroll facilities as it provides Global Payroll Capabilities, which supports both national and international employees from just one platform. It negates all the manual work by providing a Highly Automated Payroll Processing feature, saving both time and payroll errors. I also like how it provides its own time and attendance module, so I do not have to worry about accurate payable hours, and hence prevents disputes.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Rippling is a whole lot of a platform with various interesting features, which means if I use it for payroll-only needs, the rest of the platform may be left underutilized, which bothers me a bit.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Rippling is the best choice if you are looking for a single platform to handle all your payroll-related stuff. I would suggest that you make use of the Employee Lifecycle Automation feature, which will automatically sync the employee data from day one to date.
