What differentiates Oracle PeopleSoft from other similar products?

People soft continues to upscale its programs to become more user friendly. The importance to me is that by doing reviews it allows the company to see where it has strengths, weakenesses,opportunities and Threats. A very easy way to adapt to new ways of thinking to gain more followers and users by being realistic.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

In the modern day technology it鈥檚 hard to keep up with all the new tech. As a leader in the retail industry it is really nice knowing how to maneuver through computer Technology without little to no training. For me it鈥檚 about getting In there and exploring so that you become more familiar with your surroundings.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It鈥檚 always the loading errors and waiting process it takes to get past a glitch. So many people are used to instant gratification it鈥檚 hard to be patient and allow the systems to work through their stuff.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Don鈥檛 just listen to other peoples opinions, do your own research. Find out the pros and cons and see if what they program offers fits the needs of your business then make it happen.
