Here, there will need to be a balance between continuing with customizations and benefiting from new features and options highly valued by enterprises with complex HR requirements.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
A strong point is the excellent analytics and reporting it provides. With heat maps, bubble graphs and detailed reports, the platform helps organizations unlock intelligence from data that will drive strategic decision-making and effective workforce management.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Main disadvantage is the performance issue with extensive data handling or complex customization. There is reported slow processing, which hampers productivity and workflow management, especially for operations that are intensive in HR data.
