How well you can customize everything to meet our own needs.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Can be tricky to get to use at first because of how much customization is possible (feels kind of like a blank canvas).

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Use the excellent video and written help docs and guides and templates to understand how to use Notion better.

What differentiates Notion from other similar products?

There is more flexibility in the structure of the app. I can use a page as a page itself or as a table of contents, or as a chart, etc.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like that I can embed different media like video, code, etc. It makes adding to our knowledge-base very easy.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The mobile version is a bit clunky.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Definitely give it a try! It is easy to get started.
