What differentiates Mouseflow from other similar products?
Mouseflow is the best thing I've ever seen for analyzing user experience on a website.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The heatmaps are my favorite feature. If you've ever looked at heatmaps with Crazy Egg, this is a much better version of them. It shows where users are looking AND how long they're on various portions of your site.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The only thing I wish Mouseflow did was give more data and analytics for split tests on landing pages. I use Optimizely for my split tests, and when I export the data, it's missing a lot of information (commonly used fields). In a lot of cases, I use Mouseflow for landing page conversion tracking so that Optimize's live preview update doesn't mess up the results. I'd pay more money if Mouseflow made this easier.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you want to learn how your website is being used by real people, get Mouseflow. It'll be worth every penny you spend and will help you make your website more user-friendly.

What differentiates Mouseflow from other similar products?
Mouseflow had the ability to interate with more web platforms. Mouseflow is easy to use and has a comprehensive UI. It is simple to add mouseflow to your website so it can collect data.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Using heatmaps we are able to record the sessions of users so as to know what captures their attention more and how they do page interaction.. Heatmaps also give insight into how well the webpages are working because the recorded sessions show one where the users get stuck and distracting elements. Mouseflow also does A/B testing very well. We are able to filter the sessions that are recorded using various options. Mouseflow has helped us with managing of our campaigns.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Mouseflow is a bit pricey.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I highly recommend MouseFlow as a behavioural analytics platform, it will help with understanding a lot of aspects about your website that you did not understand like how customers interact with your website , the pages they visit , how long they stay , the things that intrest them , apart from that you will be able to know how well your websites work and the parts that are problematic.
