What differentiates Mouseflow from other similar products?

A great range of features and required minimal IT support to integrate.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The dashboard were I can easily access everything I need and quickly make changes as required.

What do you dislike most about this product?

How other business stakeholder struggle to interact with it. It would be great if I could create a custom report to just send to them, without having to manual make it myself.

Speak to you IT team about how to install it, and make sure your privacy policy is up to date!

What differentiates Mouseflow from other similar products?

The features and functionality of this tool are the reason I went from other behavior tracking tools; Mouseflow lets you cut and cut heatmaps and recordings just like Google Analytics - that's the depth level you can filter and segment at. Also, these guys don't sample data so they are tracking every user for data accuracy. It also has the ability to send email notifications for specific reports that I have configured and enabled. I love having a plugin on my website or an app where I can view my information.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love being able to see the heat maps and the actual patterns of how customers use my website. No more guessing to see where people click or scroll. I started to be obsessed with the way my clients use my information and I like to make changes in real time. I like that the date range also helps create filters when I am investigating an incident. The heatmap breaks it down based on click, motion, scrolling, attention, live, and geographic location. Geo helps if you are investigating malicious activity as it captures all countries.

What do you dislike most about this product?

This is not something I really dislike, as it is the law, but when privacy protection went into effect, a lot of personal information was masked.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Your customer service is excellent. They are knowledgeable, fast and organized. They constantly adapt to new policies and update their technology, which is always a good thing.

It is a heat mapping instrument that is affordable and simple to use. It may examine not only heat map tools but also user activity records. It is also color-coded based on user activity, making it more visible and valuable for analysis. The user behavior log demonstrates how the user moves, which may be used as a protective measure.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

If the number of entries is small, it is a useful utility even in the free edition. The option to record, which is not accessible in other free apps, is really handy. When you examine the user's activity on the site, you can see there is a battle going on.

What do you dislike most about this product?

If a problem arises prior to the start of the session, improve it. Also, because I had previously used other heat mapping software, I didn't mind the English help part, but I figured it would be difficult for new users.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I used this tool when the site originally went live. It exhibits a customizable version of the heat map tool, and I was able to capture the entire image perfectly, suggesting that the cost performance was fairly excellent. It is useful for UI / UX and content metrics since it can examine the user flow line. I occasionally witness anomalous behavior that allows us to take corrective action.
