What differentiates MoEngage from other similar products?

MoEngage is an omnichannel customer engagement platform with strong product analytics capabilities. It combines behavior tracking, user segmentation, and a reporting dashboard. It is one of my favourite software programs available in the market due to its robust event tracking that enables timely responses.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The deep segmentation capabilities, including RFM analysis of MoEngage, are very beneficial in targeting the right user at the right time. It supports seamless campaigns across push emails and other social platforms, all with analytics in one dashboard. I also like the way it generates funnel reports in an efficient way.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I like the way it allows me to test the campaigns smartly. Its smart triggering and predictive segmentation are another valuable feature. The existing dashboard is effective and easy to customize, allowing us to tailor our workflow according to our needs. In short, there is nothing to be labelled as a dislike about it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would highly recommend this tool to those who are in search of a product analytics software. Being a strategic platform, combining its product analytics and customer engagement capabilities allows us to make smarter decisions, personalized at scale, and drive measurable growth.

Better dashboard analytics and applications

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like that MoEngage is easy to use and has a lot of features. It's great for tracking customer engagement and retention.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I dislike that MoEngage doesn't have a feature that allows me to customize the user interface. I would like to be able to change the colors and fonts to match my company's branding.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

MoEngage is a great product, but it can be expensive. If you're considering it, make sure you understand the pricing and whether it fits your budget. Also, be sure to take advantage of the free trial period to make sure it's a good fit for your needs.

Reports sometimes have issues and need to raise tickets.

Cut cost for event tracking and analysis. Easy to integrate but some features is an add ons with separate package fee.
