What differentiates Microsoft Sharepoint from other similar products?
We use Microsoft SharePoint to store and distribute documents inside the business; allowing many individuals to collaborate on the same page while keeping track of version history is quite useful. My team members may save time they would have spent uploading data thanks to this program; we discovered that we can all work on the same file at the same time, allowing us to finish jobs swiftly and efficiently.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Microsoft SharePoint is a popular platform for internal data sharing, and the customer/supplier sharing option may be viewed as an external exchange via cloud search. The search tool also searches all sites, pages, wikis, and libraries, and the metadata can include the file name, title, author, and any keyword or category system. Microsoft SharePoint enables us to store and collaborate on information in a single spot, the interface with other Microsoft applications is excellent, and we search for files straight from Microsoft Teams groups.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It is difficult to extract data from several formats since this program is incapable of handling them; loading huge sheets frequently ends in failure. We had migration troubles with the old mail server, and the majority of the emails were deleted or lost from the user's mailbox. The contemporary SharePoint experience does not yet include Search Center. Many times, the search function does not produce any results, and you must also be familiar with sophisticated search queries.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you want safe file sharing with rapid setup, go with Microsoft Sharepoint; exchanging information and brainstorming is simple with this solution. My team members may save time they would have spent uploading data thanks to this program; we discovered that we can all work on the same file at the same time, allowing us to finish jobs swiftly and efficiently. Their tech support and service are excellent, and they also reply at unusual hours.
