What differentiates Maitre'D from other similar products?
Maitre鈥橠 has a system that I like a lot since it is easy to use and integrates many functions that make it more attractive than a simple POS. With Maitre鈥橠 you can support the administrative area of 鈥嬧�媋ny company as it helps with information records. The work system is practical and is designed to serve hotels, fast food restaurants, bars, definitely very complete. In my opinion it is a good point of sale that helps with administrative records in order to have reports that reveal the reality of the trade.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I really like the Maitre鈥橠 POS Software, it is accessible to those who want a point of sale but also use it to obtain information. I like that it does not show failures regularly in its daily work, this could be due to the lightness of its system. As a point to highlight, the system is not expensive, I consider that it is accessible and that it complies with what it offers, it accepts multiple forms of payment so that customers feel comfortable since they can choose their payment method. The good thing is that really everything can be managed without major setback since it is easy to use and everything is visible.
What do you dislike most about this product?
As a disadvantage, I have found that, if a problem occurs with the system, the technical support service can take a long time to respond depending on the eventuality. If the problem is something simple, they respond quickly, otherwise, they make a call and that usually takes a long time.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If I recommend the use of Maitre鈥橠 POS as a point of sale for existing businesses or those that are just emerging. The software is easy to configure and its manipulation is not complicated at all, so it is easy to memorize, in addition, it ends up being a great help for the preparation of cost structures and financial reports.
