Luma integrates easily with healthcare software and also makes use of data analytics to track and measure patient engagement and success. Most importantly, patients can communicate through multiple channels.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favourite aspect is the fact that it helps patients express themselves more and also makes my work easier.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It can be a bit time consuming when integrating it to healthcare software and also, it requires people who are tech-savvy like young people hence, the older population is disadvantaged and requires assistance.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I will tell them to try it out and also explore multiple features of the platform as it has great user experience and design
