What differentiates Jira from other similar products?

Perfect bridge to connect and track status of the ongoing issues related to bugs or any development side. Helpful to integrate all team's issues in one place and manage the project working effectively. Easy to keep track records of all past, ongoing issues, upcoming features and to provide timely updates and make escalation process easy.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

One stop solution for all the project management activities.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Very complex UI. Very high number of features and it take too much time to understand and fill all those to work.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Super useful product for management with development team.

For beginners it might be little difficult to understand.

If someone want to track, mange and make reports then this product is very good.. this product best fit for those who follows Agile Methodology.
