What differentiates Jira from other similar products?

Jira is very easy to use and understand. The amount/quality/details of the information it holds in the application is amazing. People may tag the people for the task. It provides the task activities and the workflow etc. Very useful product for the project management.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The amount and details of the data it may carry in the user interface is fantastic. It is very useful to use, explain, understand, Integrate and implement.
