What differentiates isolved People Cloud from other similar products?

Pricing structure and functionality of the product, set it apart from other products I've reviewed. It's reporting capabilities, integration with our time and attendance system, and employee forms organization.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The New Hire Wizard, which helps me onboard new employees quickly and efficiently.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Writing my own reports, but that is my fault for not taking the time to learn how. However, the customer service department is always willing to help me when I need it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Consider how much your existing payroll solution costs and how much time you need to set aside to process manual payrolls, or special payrolls outside your. iSolved provides great customer support for these sorts of situations, helping you process payroll quickly and efficiently.

Reporting and Analytics The solution provides the ability to create metrics-driven dashboards and reports showing unique visitors, click-through, conversions, payments etc.

Benefits Administration Employee participation in benefits programs such as paid time off, medical/dental/life insurance policies, 401k/RRSP participation, as well as self-service.
