What differentiates isolved People Cloud from other similar products?
I'm not certain there is much difference, this is all I have ever used. It seems most platforms I've heard about are similar, but the customer service is what can be the differentiator - specifically the knowledge of the customer service staff.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Emailing for help. The customer service staff has been knowledgeable and happy to help me solve the problem as if it is their own.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The number of features. We really only use a few of the features on the platform. As a small business, it's like driving a big truck when all we are really hauling is 'small business' cargo. So, the other features are kind of in the way - but despite that, we are really glad to use the features we have.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Make sure you understand the end reports first ... Don't worry about data entry, worry about the client reports for payroll and year end. Those are the reports that will transfer your ISolved data into and out of your banking and tax systems.
