iSolved is competitive for centralizing HR processes eliminates the need to import, export, and multiple data entries by unifying all major HR components into a single set of modules.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like iSolved is cloud-based it also covers aspects such as: payroll, benefits, learning management and other basic human resources activities, it is useful for simplifying administration tasks, it facilitates single sign-on (SSO) and unifies data to reduce errors and increase productivity.
What do you dislike most about this product?
With iSolved we have no difficulties, on the contrary, it is a successful option to streamline recruitment and hiring, control, manage and standardize the hiring process, it is also beneficial to disseminate in job boards and collaborate in the hiring of all teams of Centralized way to reduce hiring costs, speed up hiring processes and improve the candidate experience.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I recommend iSolved to manage, process and collect the time offers a better way to manage the attendance and time of the employees with competence, calculate the comp time instead of the overtime pay, where also all the payroll data is available in a plataform.
