Ideanote is a robust innovation platform, offering the ability to execute concepts efficiently and seamlessly. It has a nice design with the right level of customization. It has excellent tools to organize the ideas of the employees, allowing them to be classified and encourage others to help them improve or develop them. It allows you to quickly discover and extract basic problems, patterns and consequences by organizing, filtering and qualifying the thoughts, opinions and contributions of the team.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It has a large number of ready-to-use templates to collect ideas quickly and easily. It has the option to customize the rating scales of the ideas, this helps to filter the best ideas. It allows to quickly define and extract basic concepts, patterns and impacts by organizing and classifying thoughts. It's easy to track the progress of idea development and it allows easy correction and redirection of the current idea. It offers numerous integrations with third-party platforms, which significantly improve workflow.
What do you dislike most about this product?
This is a very complete and versatile platform in the creative and innovative process. The only thing that I think it needs to improve is its customization capacity, it can be more extensive.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I use the automated email and feedback loops that the platform provides to engage my members in the ideation process. Turning the idea management process into a transparent and collaborative process with my members
What do you dislike most about this product?
It's a great solution but should increase the speed of reload and include some visualizations that displays live activity during the ideation.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
A platform to centralize all of the members' ideas, keep a bird's eye view and consolidate feedback from different channels into actionable insights.
