My favorite aspect of iCIMS Talent Cloud is how it helps keep candidates engaged through tools like email campaigns, texting, and chatbots.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Dislike is that it can be complex to set up and may take time to learn, especially for new users.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend taking advantage of the free trial or demo, involving your hiring team early, and making sure it fits your company鈥檚 size and needs
