What differentiates HubSpot Service Hub from other similar products?

It differentiate itself from other platforms through several key features and among them Hubspot's Smart CRM is the one, providing a 360 degree view of customer interactions across marketing, service and sales team.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

One of my favourite aspects is it's AI-powered help desk, which centralizes ticket management and helps automating various tasks ensuring faster and reliable customer service.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Pricing structure needs to be improved.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Firstly, Understand your business needs first. And if you're using a third party tools like gmail, slack and other tools try integrating with Service Hub which will help you assess how well it fits into your existing tech ecosystem.
