I like the ability to have so many features all in one solution. This allows us to operate with minimal 3rd party vendors and helps minimise costs.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love that its so reliable, I can count the times its had some issues with one hand. I like that its literally like using your cell phone but easier, with no complicated menus or buttons or complicated layout. I like that it comes with a quality manager out of the box, which eliminates the need for a separate quality management ...

What do you dislike most about this product?

Email handling and the opportunities in the out of box solution is very poor. Even with additional Apps, the service is very limited2. Setup the roles, rights, permissions is challenging and doesnt fulfill our requirements3. Some parts in the User Management are impractical and complicated (no export ...
