Epicor CRM is affordably priced and has all the features that our company need to handle our sales, service and marketing needs. It has good marketing features built in and we can customize email templates and incorporate them into workflows.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Mots of the employees using Epicor CRM can figure out the included form design tools and navigate their eay to adding fields, lookups and custom forms. Most reports can be generated from all areas of the application.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Epicor CRM user interface is pretty easy to work with but sometimes it can be inconsistent. We have seen differences forms performing the same action and irregular functionality that requires refreshing screens or exiting the browser.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Epicor CRM is more affordable and quicker to get up and running than most solutions in the market. It has a very powerful, AI-driven workflow and lead management is strong.
