What do you dislike most about this product?
Epicor CRM user interface is pretty easy to work with but sometimes it can be inconsistent. We have seen differences forms performing the same action and irregular functionality that requires refreshing screens or exiting the browser.

Epicor CRM is more affordable and quicker to get up and running than most solutions in the market. It has a very powerful, AI-driven workflow and lead management is strong.
