What differentiates DocuSign from other similar products?
I find Docusign document generation experience helpful for our contract signing workflow. Through third party app. integration, we can automate the process of creating contract documents by pulling data from other tools we use like Salesforce. This helps us create documents faster with as little human input as possible, thereby saving us time .
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The seamless Docusign experience on mobile device is one of the most significant aspect of this product. Easy and effective access to Docusign on mobile devices makes the document signing process faster for both my team and our customers. Features like mandatory field selection are also important for my Docusign experience by ensuring clients attend to specific parts of contractual documents we send to them.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Once documents have been sent to a recipient, there is presently no way for me to make amends to the document. A feature that still allows me edit documents after sending them to a recipient to be signed, will be very beneficial.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
In my opinion, Docusign is one of the easiest ways to get documents signed.

It comes with great features and makes signing fast and easy. What's more can be used in both mobile and web devices

Signing is fast and very effective. It comes with some amazing document management features. Signing is secure and it supports mobile use.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Not an issue with DocuSign. Everything works.

What differentiates DocuSign from other similar products?
I haven't used other similar products as I have always used DocuSign for e-signatures as it is the go-to software for this. I do think it gives a more professional look than e-signatures on Adobe Acrobat and I recently had a law firm acting on the other side to me who had to send me documents to be sent via DocuSign as they didn't have the function for signature in the presence of a witness in Adobe.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Fast upload speed of documents and it operates efficiently even when you have uploaded multiple lengthy documents.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Number of notifications and narrow scope for assigning the envelope to a colleague or for another colleague to access and amend the envelope.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I'd recommend it as suitable for use for collating e-signatures.
