Webinars are safe because they are encrypted and locked. I can use Slideshare for live Q&A, which keeps people interested.

Some plans are expensive, and the free ones don't come with video tools.

I feel with Webex it is a smooth process to join a meeting, you can simply install the plug-in and easily host/join meetings, it is also easy to install with web conferencing hardware.
