What is Chorus by ZoomInfo?
Chorus was created to understand what influences conversation outcomes, and make it easy to learn from and influence the thousands of conversations your team has. Today, almost all of those conversations and the insights they contain are forgotten the second they end, except for the few notes captured in your CRM. We're changing that.

What differentiates Chorus by ZoomInfo from other similar products?
The buying experience was good, as were the implementation and onboarding experiences. We received immediate value from Chorus, particularly for sellers who had a better time actively listening to customers, and preparing for future calls by listening to previous calls and reading transcriptions. There鈥檚 far more we would like to do with Chorus, however we鈥檝e not yet invested in leveraging the platform in an exceedingly repeatable way. We are sitting on a mountain of calls, and that we want more focus/attention on choosing the proper needs enablement purposes, and for collating feedback on enhancements for our Product team.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Flexible information tagging of decision topics Searchable call transcripts listening to most interesting components of calls editing of calls to capture and save snippets Topical Playlists emulate greatest hit ideas in Spotify. Overall, the product and company are a pleasure to figure with, however, we鈥檒l want a lot of dedicated focus on internal resources to urge purposeful ROI.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Loading the recording has some problems, particularly for long recording videos. I鈥檓 unsure if it鈥檚 with my connection or the app itself. However, I perceive that since the tools are keeping a lot of recording, it鈥檚 still functioning what it is supposed to be doing still the difficulty of loading the recording is barely a minimal issue.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
As a user, I like to recommend Chorus.aI; it鈥檒l facilitate companies, particularly the sales department, to improve their sales style or technique by looking at the recording as a sample of a selling point. It's terribly usable further now of the pandemic, especially for people who are engaging at home or having a tough time communicating with peers and requesting an assistant for training.
Pros
- Continually Improving Product
- Trustworthy
