What is Chorus by ZoomInfo?
Chorus was created to understand what influences conversation outcomes, and make it easy to learn from and influence the thousands of conversations your team has. Today, almost all of those conversations and the insights they contain are forgotten the second they end, except for the few notes captured in your CRM. We're changing that.

''A Great Fit for Conversation Intelligence''
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates Chorus by ZoomInfo from other similar products?
Chorus isn鈥檛 just about recording calls. It has some smart conversation intelligence features that really make it stand out. Sales calls are automatically recorded and transcribed, giving managers and reps useful insights. I think the way it works with ZoomInfo's data is really helpful because it helps to understand what buyers are thinking. It gives a real look at how healthy your sales pipeline is based on actual chats, not just CRM notes, and helps sales leaders coach using real data instead of guesswork.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I really appreciate how easy it is to go through recorded calls and find the key moments. It's super handy that it keeps track of talking times, questions, and mentions of competitors on its own. It saves me a lot of time and helps me coach my team with relevant examples.
What do you dislike most about this product?
When there's a lot of background noise or strong accents, the transcription might not be perfect. The user interface is usually pretty decent, but it can feel a bit messy when you're trying to dig into the details. Plus, it can take a bit more time to process longer calls after a meeting.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The tool works best when your team actively uses it, so get them involved. Take some time to put together coaching and onboarding playlists; they'll make things easier down the road. Don鈥檛 forget to join the first Chorus training session鈥攊t鈥檚 a good chance to learn some helpful tips about the platform.
Pros
- Effective Service
- Respectful
- Helps Innovate
- Continually Improving Product

Smarter Sales Strategies with ZoomInfo
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates Chorus by ZoomInfo from other similar products?
Chorus is regarded as the cornerstone in the platform of teams that are interested in sales performance. The solution allows the process to be more effective by the call being dissected in detail, which is believed to give the customer a broader spectrum of what he/she is looking for instead.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Customers really value the availability of call recordings. It helps them to distribute buildings and minimize any chance of misunderstanding, ensuring a well synchronized operation that in turn results in an effective pathway to meet targets.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The text transcripts can be overwhelming to read. Since the formatting isn鈥檛 always great, it feels like reading a big block of text.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It鈥檚 also great for training new team members. Instead of throwing them straight into sales calls, they can listen to real conversations and learn what works before talking to customers themselves.
Pros
- Helps Innovate
- Reliable
- Performance Enhancing
- Enables Productivity
