What differentiates Chorus by ZoomInfo from other similar products?

Chorus.ai has made it completely simple for me to examine my calls and find methods to improve than any other tool I've used before. It also makes it easy for me to evaluate calls with prospects and allows me to listen to them more intently because I know I'll be able to review and take notes afterward.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Its layout is truly eye-catching and highly interactive. I also like that we can leave comments on the recordings, request coaching, and keep track of our conversations on a scorecard effectively. This scorecard also comes in handy when we need to make informed decisions in any situation. Other capabilities, such as downloading calls, altering the speed, and creating a sharing link, are also extremely handy and my favorites.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Aside from the fact that using the iOS app does not count towards our Engagement score, the only way calls are appropriately counted is to the rep who scheduled the call. Chorus.ai also does not provide me with any team statistics. What's more, my Engagement score isn't displayed unless I evaluate calls via the online interface.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Chorus.ai is a highly efficient tool that will save you a lot of time. Chorus.ai has aided my incapacity to take notes and listen at the same time. I am free to concentrate on the meeting now, and I will take notes later. I can also share these notes and recordings with those who were unable to attend the meeting. The process is completely changed now for me and I suggest to others that they also at least evaluate it to see how efficient it is.

What differentiates Chorus by ZoomInfo from other similar products?

Chorus.ai has brought me a lot of profits and allowed me to devote more of my time to listening to my prospects' worries and ensuring that I understand their inquiries. I had the greatest experience with Chorus.ai and this was just one solution that satisfied me truly with its power of functionality.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

When I examined it completely I concluded that it is amazingly flexible and adjustable, any of its features can be easily adjusted to meet specific needs, it is its main aspect that first amazed me aside from that it's also nice to be able to fully concentrate on a sales conversation knowing that Chorus.ai is taking notes on all of the important aspects.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are not many things that really bothered me but there are two things that I wish instantly updated in this efficient system. The length of time the sales rep should speak isn't adjusted for the sort of meeting. So, during a demo, I'd expect the rep to speak up a little more.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The thing that pushed me to recommend it was its flexibility and the fact it also reminds its users of certain "follow up" topics, which is important because they will always be able to address unresolved issues/questions and follow up in a professional and precise manner. Chorus.ai is a highly functional and highly recommended conversation intelligence platform.

What differentiates Chorus by ZoomInfo from other similar products?

It is an easy-to-use platform, however, sometimes it can fail in the analysis of some translations, which makes work difficult, it is essential to always have a neat job at hand and to facilitate the translation and monitoring system.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is the ideal tool to improve our means of communication, it allows us to connect through calls with all our potential clients, and even between work colleagues, in this way we carry out activities monitoring, promote training management and improve our CRM service since it is possible to get closer in a much more efficient way with each of our clients. It is an intelligent tool, with essential recording and analysis functions, which is stored safely in the cloud and also allows us to add comments and labels. Another important aspect is that I can customize the options according to my usage needs, including the programming of records.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I would like it not to show that it is being recorded, it would be an excellent idea to be able to hide it, many times we use Chorus.ai to store information about important meetings with clients, and when they see that they are being recorded it can be uncomfortable, it could be an application a little more discreet.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We needed to follow up on our work management, to visualize the mistakes we made and really highlight what we were doing well, this helps us improve our business strategies, as well as the record of each of the work trainings, there are endless functions where Chorus participates in our day to day fulfilling very good functions, that is why I recommend it.
