Reliable product but needs future ready plans

What differentiates Automation Anywhere from other similar products?
Its document understanding features called as IQ bot, Its good, train and do your work. Also its web automation capabilities are very much valuable to our organisation sometimes because we have internal websites for most of our work.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Its good for small automation, or small flows. Just drag and drop without applying much logic.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Not good for any complex automations, also they dont have any pre-built framework which is much required in todays time. You have to built everything from scratch. Also it becomes hard to manage when your no of flows are increasing.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This product is good, but other RPA tools are way ahead of this. They already entered in field of AI, ML,NLP, they are automating on Linux environment. And they are still figuring out that how their tool look like and how they make it more good and easy.

Automation anywhere has lot of difference from their competitors such as University portal to learn & earn certification, good user community to take & provide help & strong bot store.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The movement of Automation anywhere towards Cloud installation.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Some times i struggle to implement the new features which are available for users and detailed implementation of those features are also not available.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Automation Anywhere is one of the best tools in RPA market. The tool support is good and they help you as per your availability. It is enriched with features and easy to implement.

What differentiates Automation Anywhere from other similar products?
Automation anywhere has its own user interface in terms of client, control room and IQ bot cognitive tool. its pretty good feature to process all the documents which supports all OCR engines.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love using automation anywhere university for gaining the knowledge aswell the most important aspects in terms of creating task bot and meta bots.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Nothing so far
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Kindly provide more attempts to clear the certifications aswell do not unlock the certification program for a long time.
