What differentiates Automation Anywhere from other similar products?
With the help of AA we get control of our data, and we use it to reach conclusions that allow us to make decisions based on events and not on intuitions. It helps us get better data from our Excel databases and from the SAP environment. In addition, we improve the general performance of our business and analyze our deficiencies and opportunities. We also make future predictions.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
AA helps us: Detect problems in our work workflow. Improve operations. Discover new business opportunities. Reduce times in the execution of processes, prioritizing the most profitable actions. Discover new processes and reduce time in Sap. Increase the satisfaction of our users. Define the automation of our processes.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It is only effective if we have access to the information of all the applications in our system and we can carry out our processes and identify possible improvements.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is very important that our data always provide us with a true picture of our organization. I recommend for companies that use different technologies to record their activities (ERP, CRM, BPM, ...), and each of them has large amounts of data, so it is necessary to have a tool that has connectors that make integration possible. in a simple way, and that in this way we can access a uniform description of the data, this is where Uipath process mining creates solutions for companies.
