What is your favorite aspect of this product?

AA gives us very good scalability and search speed, due to this we can use this tool to save all kinds of content and perform automated searches in applications, on websites, on physical servers such as cloud servers, in our business documents, in logs and records. It can also be used to monitor data in conjunction with Logstash and Kibana, as well as business and security analytics.

Easy support for Local Log Files, log4j, log4net, Weblogic, WebSphere, JBoss, .NET, PH. We can access from different platforms such as Solaris, Windows, BSD, Mac and Linux. Users get access to additional information to the seller. We can use it on premises or opt for software as a service (SaaS). The platform is highly scalable and we users can continually increase the amount of information we can process.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is no "easy" way to learn Automation anywhere, a lot of us have been working with ML for many years and still don't know everything, and it's an accumulation of trial and error, reading documents and discussions with other users.

It provides us with rapid response to incidents, correlation and in-depth monitoring of all data sources in an automated manner. Flexible and real-time access. It has network ports and databases and custom interfaces and APIs. Good integration with TCP and UDP network ports to receive syslog, syslog-ng and other network devices. Good graphical and accessible interface. Easy monitoring of Windows events remotely through WMI.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is detected that there is currently no policy to delete old logs, this causes the space consumption of the log volume to increase considerably. Another problem detected is related to backups, finding and correcting problems is one of the uses it offers us. Fixing problems often means correlating web server logs, SOA messages, database transactions, and configuration changes, among other things.
