What differentiates Automation Anywhere from other similar products?

We use AA services to connect our Excel database to the application. In an automatic and automated way we control the entire business process knowing at all times the work done by each user. Through the mobile application it allows us to control, manage and monitor the operation of AA through a cloud system with access from anywhere. We are currently working on creating more modules to get better performance from our resources.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It adapts perfectly to our main technologies, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Sharepoint, Legacy Systems, Emulated Terminal, Citrix, RDP, DOS, Scada, Databases, CRM, ERP, HR Systems...Microsoft Office365. This RPA costs a fraction of an FTE and can work 24/7/365, which translates into a cost reduction of 35-65% for our onsite operations processes and 10-30% in offshore processes.

What do you dislike most about this product?

AA statistics and reports are difficult to understand for a new user. The calendar and remote management must be improved due to design flaws.

AA is a tool to automate processes within companies. This tool aims to automate repetitive tasks and thus eliminate human intervention. Ensures the company better results.

Automation anywhere is a system designed to easily automate processes, optimizing our resources. The tool provides the developer with many features that allow us to speed up and easily perform our tasks in the automation process. For example: The software has a command that includes all the lines of code for those cases in which we find ourselves automating processes with many lines of code. In this way, with a single command it is possible to do many things, quickly and very friendly. This is software made by and for our users, which allows us to have good communication between teams that contributes to generating new functionalities.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Automation anywhere is automation software that allows our company to create virtual workers capable of performing the same tasks in less time. What I want to say is that this is the perfect tool to create robots that fulfill the task of carrying out repetitive processes, thus freeing up human resources and allowing the creation of added value. However, this tool is mainly intended for developers who need to automate processes and not for the end customer. Its main functionality is to build multiplatform robots, both on Windows, Linux and Mac.

What do you dislike most about this product?

We have a client that requires specific functionality that is not currently in Automation anywhere , we can contact them to add it and release the solution we need. We just have to keep in mind to communicate it to the team as soon as possible since the release roadmap is 2 weeks. Implementation time and cost.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The capacity and speed of innovation that the work team has to adapt to the new needs of customers and markets is very good. It is the best cost-benefit option on the market framed in a concept of flexibility and charge for consumption. A complete experience, in permanent innovation, easy to use and easy to buy.
