What differentiates Automation Anywhere from other similar products?
It has an easy and simple interface and they combine the power of RPA with AI technologies such as Natural Language Processing, Computer Vision, Fuzzy Logic and Machine Learning to automatically Classify, Extract and Validate Information from all business documents, It's truly intelligent than other tools.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect overall is the capabilities of their cognitive IQ Bot and the ability to use it without coding-skills knowledge, I like the user-friendly interface and the robust architecture and security, I like the ease of access through the web-based centralized control room and the mobile application and the high accuracy of commands
What do you dislike most about this product?
The REST API documentation isn't well detailed and clear enough, We face some issues when we extract the information from different types of documents specially from Excel it doesn't process them very well. The debugger needs some improvements.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you're looking for a magical tool to save time and reduce human-errors intelligently, Automation Anywhere is the way to automate your repetitive processes, Basic or Complex Automation Anywhere combined the robotic process automation with the AI Technologies for a smarter automation to help your organization focus on the core and logic instead of data-entry stuff.

What differentiates Automation Anywhere from other similar products?
Automation anywhere provides powerful RPA features. The bots are very flexible and they being used across several departments. It's in the heart of finance and accounting, performing procure to pay among other automated duties.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Automation to reduce labor with Automation Anywhere is just incredible. It's easy to configure and deploy the bots to perform the tasks you need with great ML ability. It's handling huge workloads with no downtimes or low performance. Our clients (we are in IT) commend that it generates invoices seamlessly with the drag and drop feature.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I provides limited outlook integration. Also the OCR had prevalent data inaccuracy we dropped the feature.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you are looking for a robust solution to automate those large chunks of work with top tier features then automation Anywhere is the way to go.

The learning curve is smooth. It is code free. They offer great support with a turnaround of about 24hours. Easy to use.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The bots can easily be created with ease. Integrates with other software. There are many pre-existing commands to help with the creation of bots. The platform is scalable. The pricing is flexible.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I have not found anything to dislike about Automation Anywhere, it has given us all the functionality and features we needed and even more.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Automation Anywhere is an RPA tool, for that matter is best fitted for situations where the number of tasks and processes are in very huge chunks, the processes are repetitive, and very little human decision-making is needed. I highly recommend it.
